The Personal Secretary/ Aide to the Eghare - Aja and Council of Elders of Ugborodo Community in Warri South - West Local Government Area in Delta State, Joseph Uwawah, has distanced himself from a publication by " Iwere Stubborn Agitators, ISA," describing ISA as a faceless and attention seeking group determined to malign his personality.
The said ISA, had in a report, called on the Federal government and relevant security agencies to call Chevron Nigeria Limited to order, over the company's purported refusal to inaugurate the " authentic members of the BoT of the PIA, Petroleum Industry Act)."
Uwawah, in a statement made available to Our Principal Correspondent yesterday, urged the federal government, through the NUPRC, the management of Chevron Nigeria Limited, security agencies and other critical stakeholders, to ignore the " rantings of the attention seeking ISA."
He emphatically noted that the issues raised by the so called ISA, had since been concluded in a meeting held last Tuesday at Abuja, at the instance of the Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, NUPRC.
