The Chairman, BrownHill Group, Mr. Amaju Melvin Pinnick, has disclosed plans by BrownHill Group to construct a Five-Star Hotel at the Government Reserved Area, GRA in Warri, appealing to the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comr. Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro, to prevent possible disturbances at the construction site.
Our Principal Correspondent, reports that Mr. Pinnick, made the call at the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri, Thursday August 29, when he paid a working visit to the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro.
He noted that the proposed hotel whose construction would commence October this year and ends October 2025, comprises mini–Gulf Course, swimming pool and three thousand capacity hall, among other attractive features.

Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro, commended Mr. Pinnick for coming back home to invest, assuring him of the Council’s support and guaranteed him that nobody will disturb the project execution.
The Vice Chairman of Warri South Local Government, Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre, Warri South Council Head of Personnel Management, HPM, Mrs. Remi Omatsuli, Treasurer to the Local Government, Mr. Ugborugbo Moses and the Head of Community Development Department, Mrs. Ruth Ukuko, were present during the visit, while the delegation of BrownHill Group, include: Engr. Lare Adeleke and Mr. Ambakederemo.
