The Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area Olorogun (Barr) Jaro Movudu Egbo, on Thursday welcomed the newly posted Treasurer to the Local Government, Mrs. Mercy Morkah, and Engr. David Owaniyi, Head of the Department of Works.
Our Ughelli North Bureau Chief, reports that Olorogun Egbo expressed appreciation for their arrival and emphasized the need for collaboration with his administration to ensure the grassroots receives the benefits of democracy.
The Council Boss, stressed the importance of honesty and the application of their expertise in their respective roles, which he believes will significantly contribute to the ongoing development of the local government area.
In response, Mrs. Morkah, speaking on behalf of herself and the Head of Works department, thanked the Chairman for the warm reception accorded them.
She expressed their commitment to working diligently alongside the Chairman to foster growth and development in the local government area.
