Alleged Infidelity:  Retract your statement on social media handles, National Dailies within 24hrs or face legal action – Jollof’s wife, writes “VERYDARKBLACKMAN”

A former Banker and ace Event Planner, Mrs. Esinjemiyotan Uruneyonjueyi Atsepoyi, who is the Wife of Mr. Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi (a.k.a. Mr. Jollof) has written popular social media personality, Mr. Martins Vincent Otse (a.k.a Verydarkblackman) threatening to institute legal action against Mr. Martins Vincent Otse (a.k.a Verydarkblackman) if he fails to retract the allegation of infidelity purportedly directed at her.

Mrs. Atsepoyi, in the letter dated September 19, 2024 and addressed to Mr. Martins Vincent Otse (a.k.a Verydarkblackman) of Supreme Court Estate, Karu, FCT-Abuja, gave Verydarkblackman two weeks from the date of receipt of the letter, to retract his purported statement, by tendering a video and written apology on his social media handles and publicize same in two National Newspapers (Vanguard and Guardian).

In the communication made available to Fresh Angle International, Tuesday September 24, Mrs. Atsepoyi, through her Solicitors, Prime Chambers, noted inter-alia: “We are Solicitors to MRS. ESINJEMIYOTAN URUNEYONJUEYI ATSEPOYI who resides in Effurun, Delta State (hereinafter referred to as our client) and it is on her firm instructions we write you this Letter.

“Our client is the ONLY wife of her husband; MR. FREEDOM OKPETORITSE ATSEPOYI (A.K.A. MR. JOLLOF), and they got married under the Marriage Act on the 1st day of March, 2014. Their union has remained peaceful without rancor for over 10 years now and it is blessed with two children (a girl and a boy).

“Professionally, our client worked with Fidelity Bank from 2011 where she rose through the ranks before resigning and going into private enterprise in 2019 as an Event Planner. As an Event Planner, she has a wide range of patronage around the Federation and Niger Delta in particular; earning over N100,000,000.00 (One Hundred Million Naira) per annum. She charges between 1 million naira to 5 million naira-for events and plans same on most days of every month around each year.

“Sometime on the 15^th, 16^th and in the early hours of 19th September, 2024, you used your social media verified Instagram handle of "verydarkblackman" with over One Million, Seven Hundred Thousand (1,700,000.00) followers to continually record and publish a video about our client wherein you said that she committed adultery against her husband with a "yahoo boy". You also stated vide the said video publication that our client slept with "several politicians" to give her husband appointment as an SSA with the Delta State Government and that one of her children, is not for her husband, suggesting that the husband conducts a DNA paternity test. You asserted that you have witnesses to these claims and you are ready for any action that your publication may occasion.

“While making this video, you called out her husband with his popular social media name; "MR. JOLLOF" and used a cut to size picture of him to tell the world who you were making reference to. In view of that, our client's business social media page @eventsbybloomsandballoons) is being bombarded with several insults, degrading and unprintable words.

“The verbal assault and defamation of our client by you, is intentionally orchestrated to tarnish our client's reputation, destroy the peace in her marriage and make her loose patronage in her thriving business.”
