The Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, on Friday January 17, embarked on inspection tour of three basic public schools in Warri.
Fresh Angle International, understands that the visits were to ascertain the state of infrastructures in the schools and ultimately make environment in the schools, conducive for teaching and learning.
Comrade Agbateyiniro, who was flanked by his Vice, Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre, Secretary to Warri South Local Government, Mr. Emmanuel Nunu and Mrs. Edjeren Josephine of the State (Delta) Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, visited Pessu Primary School, Caveginia Primary School and the Institute of Continuing Education, all in the Oil City of Warri.
The Warri South Local Government Boss, who was briefed by heads of the different schools during the facility tour, reportedly stated : " Education remains the bedrock upon which development can be sustained."
