Former Delta South Senatorial Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party and Executive Assistant, Political to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Hon. Kenneth Efejuku, says the 2024 Governor of the year award bestowed on Governor Oborevwori by ThisDay/ Arise TV, didn't come to him as surprise.
