The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Engr. Matthew Tonlagha, Executive Director of FENOG Nigeria Limited (FNL), on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, February 8th, 2025.
In his message, Otuaro commended Tonlagha as a visionary leader and a key stakeholder in the development of the Niger Delta Region, describing him as a man with "milk of humanity running in his veins."
