Owners of shops at Pessu Market in Warri, Delta State, have been given a 14 - day ultimatum, effective Friday February 21 to utilize their shops or face forfeiture, Fresh Angle International can report.

 

This much was extracted from a government special announcement released Friday February 21 by the authorities of Warri South Local Government Council.

The announcement, noted inter - alia: "In line with the MORE GRACE AGENDA of the Executive Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac.

 

"Under item "C" Commerce and Industrialization.

 

"All Shop owners in Pessu Market are given a 14-day Ultimatum to Commence use of their shops as Failure to do so within this period will attract forfeiture of the shop space.

 

"This Notice is effective from today Friday 2lst February 2025."
