The Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, Ogidigben Ward 10 in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Ama Edema, has acknowledged that the member representing Warri Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, fully complied with the APC registration process, before picking up the party card.
Mr. Edema, said the clarification became necessary after extensive consultations with other members of his executive at the ward and the party leadership at local government level.
Whilst emphasizing that Chief Thomas Ereyitomi is his elder brother, Edema, asserted: “I realized after due consultation with other members of my ward exco that Chief Ereyitomi, formally registered as a member of the APC at a ceremony attended by a large number of his constituents and followers at Ogidigben Ward 10.
“I will also want to apologise to Chief Ereyitomi regarding my previous publication as it affects his membership of APC and will not fail to assure him of support of my ward leadership, in his determination to give sustained quality representation to people of Warri Federal Constituency.”
