The public display exercise of the Environmental Social and Health Impact Assessment, ESHIA of the proposed OML 34 Warri River Re-Entry and Field Development Plan at Warri River, Ugbodede, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, by NNPC Exploration and Production Limited, NEPL, has begun.
Fresh Angle International, understands that the exercise, which is in-line with the stipulations of the EIA Act, CAP E12 LFN 2004, will run between 8am and 4pm daily for 21 working days, at the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri.
Display of the enclosed report, which commenced Monday May 19, will be rounded off Thursday June 19, with critical stakeholders expected to access the report, review same and forward necessary comments to the Honourable Minister, Federal Ministry of Environment Headquarters, Mabushi, Abuja – FCT, via info@ead.gov.ng on or before 26th June, 2025.
