The DPO of ‘B’ Division, Warri, CSP Josephine Ekebuike, advised youths against drug and substance abuse, just as she sought to know what the Warri South Chapter of NYCN was doing to address the menace of drug abuse.
While advising Comr. Noritsegho and members of his executive on the need to visit schools and educate students on the dangers of drug abuse and its potential to ruin lives, CSP Ekebuike counselled youths on the value of hard-work and dignity in labour.
