The Executive Secretary of NCDMB, Engr. He emphasized the importance of applying their newly acquired skills responsibly and making effective use of the starter packs provided to each trainee to support their professional growth and self-reliance.

He also congratulated them on the successful completion of the programme and encouraged them to pursue excellence in their future endeavours.

Other NCDMB staff present included Mr. Abdulahi Yusuf Duhu of the Corporate Communications Division, Mr. Larry Weli-Wosu from the Rivers Zonal Office, and Ms. Belema George from the Delta/Edo Zonal Office.
