The Commander of 63 Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Asaba, Brig. Gen. MA Shonibare, on Thursday November 20, paid a brief working visit to the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac at the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri, Delta State.
Brig. Gen. MA Shonibare, who commended Comr. Agbateyiniro, for the peace and security in Warri South Local Government Area, said local government chairmen play critical roles in influencing peace in their areas.

“I've seen that the powers are gradually shifting to you people (referring to local government chairmen) away from the traditional rulers. Agbas, they listen to you, so if dem see u, dem don see me be that, na peace I come do”, Brig. Gen. Shonibare, told the Warri South Local Government Chief Security Officer.
