Self-styled veteran litigant, Mr. Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone, has vowed to resist alleged plot to extend the tenure of Tuoyo Mogbeyiteren led Omadino Management Committee beyond September 2026.
Aginejuone, in a series of voice notes sent to Fresh Angle International, in the wee hours of Thursday April 16, claimed that the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, had mandated Mogbeyiteren led Omadino Management Committee to spend one tenure in office.
According to him, the Olare-Aja of Omadino Federated Community, alongside some individuals, were planning to give the Mogbeyiteren led Management Committee second tenure, contrary to the purported mandate of the Warri Monarch.
“Ogiame Atuwatse III, which is the king of Warri, said Tuoyo Mogbeyiteren, has only one tenure and they are trying to rigmarole to see if the Olare-Aja, will give them second tenure. If the Olare-Aja tries it, he will see the demon in me as a veteran litigant.
“I recognise the power of Ogiame Atuwatse III, that he his Afomasin
“I will hold on to that word Afomasin, Tuoyo must step down by September, which his tenure ends”, Aginejuone, asserted.
