The Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board, NCDMB in collaboration with Napal Logistics Services Nigeria Limited, have trained 50 Delta Youths on Re-orientation, Capacity building and deescalation of tensions among various ethnic groups in Warri and its environs.
The training, which held at GT event centre in Warri, was attended by youths from different ethnic nationalities residing in Warri and environs. It was aimed at maintaining unity and sustainable development in the area.
Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Napal Logistics Services Nigeria Limited, Esimaje Awani, Esq. commended NCDMB for the training, pointing out that the 5-Day intensive training programme, which began Monday May 4 and ended Friday May 8, with focus on the participants adding value to themselves and the society.

Esimaje Esq. noted that the NCDMB has succeeded in building capacity for the indigenous stakeholders in the oil and gas sector, under the leadership of the Executive Secretary, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe.
He charged the beneficiaries to make good use of the knowledge impacted on them, in order to better the society, just as he maintained that harmonious living among various ethnic groups in Warri and other parts of Delta State, will attract more investments and advancement.
During the grand finale of the training, representatives of NCDMB, Engr. James Eyetingha and Asagolo Dallas, charged the beneficiaries to put the knowledge gained in the training into effective transformation, urging the beneficiaries to feel free to contact the NCDMB office in Warri area for any technical assistance.
Our Principal Correspondent, reports that some beneficiaries, who spoke during the closing ceremony; Mr. Ogbolomo, Elizabeth and Faith Omajuwa, commended Napal Logistics Services Nigeria Limited CEO, Esimaje Awani Esq and NCDMB for putting up the training for them.
They said the training have given them opportunity to excel in their various entrepreneurs and encouraged peaceful coexistence among neighbours and friends.
