Below are the 20 Wards uploaded for Warri South Local Government Area, by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC on its portal, Wednesday June 17, 2026.

In the current 20 DSIEC wards as encapsulated above, Ogbe-Ijoh has none in Warri South. It remains to be seen if the names of the 20 DSIEC wards, would remain as it is or changed to reflect what INEC has published on its website.

If the DSIEC Wards are changed to reflect what INEC published on its website, it means Ogbe-Ijoh people, will produce three Councilors in Warri South Local Government Area in subsequent local government elections. It also means the Ijaws are now in the three Warri Local Government Areas, even though court ruled that Ogbe - Ijaw has no land in Warri South.

Here are the complete Ward Structures for Warri Federal Constituency, posted on INEC website https://www.inecnigeria.org/composition-of-new-state-constituencies-and-registration-areas-in-warri-federal-constituency-of-delta-state/ on Wednesday June 17, 2026:
