The palace remains wide open to all my children, Warri Monarch tells INYC leadership

The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR has reaffirmed his commitment to the unity and progress of the Itsekiri people, declaring that the palace remains “wide open to all my children.”

Fresh Angle International, understands that the Monarch, reportedly made the commitment Wednesday August 5, while receiving the National Executive and critical stakeholders of the Itsekiri National Youth Council, INYC, who paid him a courtesy visit at his residence.

The Olu of Warri, was quoted to have said that the INYC leadership, was the first organized group to pay him homage in preparation for his 5^th coronation anniversary.

He expressed appreciation for the gesture, offered prayers for the executive and assured them of meeting with them again within the shortest possible time, just as he wished them wisdom, strength, and success in their leadership.

President of Itsekiri National Youth Council, Comr. Appearance Afejuku, in his response, thanked the Warri Monarch “for His fatherly love” restating his commitment to always prioritize issues affecting Warri kingdom and the Itsekiri Nation in particular. 

The visit underscored the strong bond between the revered Monarch and Itsekiri youths, while reaffirming their shared commitment to the unity, peace and development of Iwere nation.

The Chairman Warri South Local Government Area/immediate past President of INYC, Comr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, Secretary to Warri Local Government, Mr. Emmanuel E. Nunu, Comr. Dere Buwaghan Jarikpe, Comr. Ofoyeju Izuage and Prince Suru Diden, were among critical stakeholders of INYC present during the visit.

Prominent Warri Chiefs; Ojoye Oma Eyewuoma, Chief Gabriel Awala and Chief S.K Omaebeyinje as well as Prince Collins Edema, were on ground when the INYC delegation visited the King.
