Labour Party Candidate for Warri Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections, Christopher Omeresan Slater, has celebrated The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, on the occasion of his 5th coronation anniversary.
Slater, described events of the celebration, particularly the boat regatta held in Warri South Local Government Area, Thursday August 20, as opportunity to reach out to the people of Warri Federal Constituency, ahead of the general elections.
The House of Representative hopeful, who spoke exclusively to Our Co-Publisher/Managing Editor, Thursday August 20, during the boat regatta, said it was an honour to meet and unite with the people.
He described Warri Federal Constituents as very resourceful and advised people of Warri Federal Constituency not to reflect on the wrong doings of past leaders, but unite and focus on the new growth as well as new generation of leadership in the constituency.
