The people of Olukpodu Community in Warri South Local Government Area, have wished the OIu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, many more years of celebration on the throne as Warri Monarch.
Chairman of Olukpodu Community, Prince Otomewo Omereyemi, conveyed the message on behalf of Olukpodu indigenes, Thursday August 20, during the boat regatta organized as part of activities to mark the 5th Coronation Anniversary of the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III.
Prince Otomewo, in a chat with Fresh Angle International, said “Today is a great day for our community, because it is the 5th coronation anniversary of His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwase III CFR.
“I am very grateful to people of Aja-Olukpodu, for pulling out a boat to participate in the boat regatta and for coming out to pay homage to Baba (The Olu of Warri). ”
