Warri: Let's harvest more voters, Pessu charges APC members in Bowen Ward

Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC in Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Richard Pessu, has charged the leadership and members of APC in Bowen Ward, to harvest more voters and ensure the party's candidates win landslide in the 2027 general elections.

Hon. Pessu, told members of the party in the 36 - unit ward, to go all out and campaign from door - to - door, house - to - house and street - to - street, to ensure APC candidates, from Presidential, National Assembly, Governorship and House of Assembly,  sweep the polls.

Fresh Angle International, can report that the  Warri South APC Chairman, who gave the charge Sunday October 18, during Bowen Ward 6/ 20 meeting held at Victory Avenue, Warri, commended the Bowen Ward Chairman, Mr. Kenneth George, describing him as someone who listens, follow directives and has united party members in the ward. 

Special Adviser to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Community Development and leader in Bowen Ward, Dr. Toyin Agbolayah, who spoke during the meeting, declared: " APC is the only political party in Nigeria, Delta State, Warri South and Bowen Ward."

The Governor's Aide, assured that block votes, will come from Bowen Ward to Governor Oborevwori, adding: " No Bowen Ward, No Warri South politics. Warri South politics, started from Bowen Ward."

Former Secretary to Warri South Local Government Caretaker Committee and prominent leader of APC in Warri South Local Government, Dr. Hope George, asserted that APC is the only party in Bowen Ward.

Dr. George, who's also in leader in Bowen Ward, said the ward recorded impressive number, during the recent collection of PVC from INEC.

Whilst disclosing that the APC National campaign train will hit Asaba, the Delta State capital come December 12, he mentioned the ongoing reconstruction of Warri City Stadium by the Delta State Government, road infrastructures and upgrade of the Police Station at Daudu to Police ' C' Division, Warri, as some of the positive impacts of the Federal, Delta State and Warri South Local Governments in Bowen Ward.

In his opening remarks, APC Chairman of Bowen Ward, Mr. Kenneth George, said increased allocations from FAAC, due to the reforms introduced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, are responsible for the infrastructural developments across Delta State, particularly the Warri City Stadium.

According to Kenneth George, four years, is not enough for President Tinubu, to fully achieve his set goals for Nigeria.

Warri South Council Supervisor for Human Capital Development, Mrs. Misan Eke and Barr. Augustine A. Okene, were among APC leaders that addressed the large gathering of party faithful during the meeting.
