Retract Your Defamatory Publication in 14 days or face litigation, ex-militant warns Egbo
Olorogun Jaro Egbo

An ex- militant, Eshanekpe Israel, a.k.a Akpodoro through his Abuja based legal team from Klearly Legal & Partners, has given Olorogun Jaro Egbo, an aide to the Executive Director, Project of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Engr. Sam Adjogbe 14 days to retract an alleged damaging publication or face litigation.

Fresh Angle International can report that the warning is coming on the heels of what Akpodoro referred to as serious defamatory publication against him on Whatsaap platform by Olorogun Jaro Egbo.

The letter signed for the Klearly Partners by E.O. Ofere on behalf of Akpodoro and delivered on Monday July 31, 2017 to one Mr. Olisa Charles in the EDP Office by hand, is asking Egbo to either produce evidence to support his claim that he (Akpodoro) was shot at a robbery scene or face the full weight of the law.

Akpodoro also gave Egbo the option or tendering unreserved public apology to be published in in two national dailies to avoid legal battle.
