Delta State Commissioner for Works, Mr. James Augoye recently released a statement that the Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa administration has so far spent N164 billion on road construction across the three senatorial districts in the State despite the governor’s cry of recession, a situation that has left pensioners, primary school staff and local government workers to continually languish in hardship.
