Patriarch of Okumagba dynasty and President -General of Okere -Urhobo Kingdom, Chief Emmanuel Ono Okumagba on Thursday March 8, clocked 71 years.
Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Michael Tidi in a message made available to newsmen in Warri, described Chief Emmanuel Okumagba as a stabilizing factor in Warri South and Delta State politics.
Hon. Tidi noted that apart from "Chief Okumagba's priceless contributions to the growth of Peoples Democratic Party from inception, he has consistently brought his experience and knowledge to bear in fostering inter-ethnic harmony in Warri South Local Government Area".
