God ordained you for Yoruba race, Ooni of Ife tells Warri Monarch                    
The Ooni of Ife,His Imperial Majesty, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja 2, has declared that God ordained the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli "for all Yoruba race, not only for the Itsekiri people".               

The Ife Monarch who made the declaration Monday May 7 during an historic visit to the Olu of Warri in Warri, Delta State, averred ,"I'm very excited to be with my Itsekiri people,Warri Kingdom".                

While stating that the Olu of Warri is full of Divine wisdom, compassion and commands authority in his appearance, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja 2,described the suzerain of Warri Kingdom as very subtle,loving as well as humble and Godly king.

According to him, Nigeria can never grow faster except the people uphold their rich cultural heritage.

The Olu of Warri,Ogiame Ikenwoli stated that the visit of the respected Ife Monarch has brought more peace and will open doors for the fostering of unity among the various ethnic groups in Delta State and beyond.


 An elated Olu of Warri,thanked the Ooni of Ife for attending his coronation ceremony barely one week after he, the Ife King was himself coronated.

Our Senior Correspondent who covered the grand visit which witnessed elegant display of Itsekiri dance steps,reports that the Ologbotsere of Warri, Chief Ayirimi Emami, Chief Isaac Jemide and other prominent Warri Chiefs were at the Olu Palace, Warri during the visit.
