Oritsejafor hands-over first functional water project to Warri Community

One of Nigeria's eminent gospel ambassadors and immediate past President of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Pastor Ayodele Joseph Oritsejafor on Saturday November 10, handed over the"first functional water project" to the populated Ekurede Itsekiri Community,Warri in Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State.                              

The brief commissioning cum handover ceremony incidentally coincides with Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor's birthday and commencement of the 2018 edition of the annual Jubilee Word Festival of Word of Life Bible Church, an all-round Bible living church founded by Pastor Oritsejafor November 15,1987.                                   

The renowned global cleric in a remark before the formal commissioning, reportedly admonished youths of the community to shun violence and embrace peace.                           

Pastor Oritsejafor who was flanked by his wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Helen Oritsejafor and one of the guest preachers of this year's Jubilee Word Festival, Dr. Ini Okpon from the United States, blessed the community and invited them to the gospel and music programme.                           

The Olare-Aja of Ekurede Itsekiri, Pa Rogers Okorodudu in his message through the community spokesman, Dr. George Omiwere- Ete Boyo, opined that previous water projects that "came to the community" didn't work, stressing that the water project by Word of Life Bible Church is first of its kind in Ekurede Itsekiri.                                  

Fresh Angle International can report that community development, educational support and human capital development efforts of Pastor Oritsejafor's missionary work includes the donation of cash to fire victims at Ajamimogha, Warri earlier this year,recent remedial work at Ogunu Road by Eagle Round -About, Warri, award of scholarships to hundreds of students up to tertiary level, yearly empowerment /capacity building programmes as well as peace building initiatives.
