The executive of HOST Communities of Nigeria ( Producing Oil & Gas) Itsekiri Chapter has petitioned the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli over alleged plan to inaugurate "illegal, unconstitutional" HOSTCOM Itsekiri Chapter executive, saying it is "an act of disobedience to the directives" of the respected Warri Monarch, who purportedly ordered "the two factions of HOSTCOM Itsekiri chapter to go and reconcile their differences before coming for his blessings".
The petition dated January 15 and made available to Fresh Angle International, revealed that the proposed controversial new executive led by "Chief Justice Memeh and Engr. Gabriel Isiebeluo", is billed to be inaugurated Thursday January 17 at Warri Club.
The petition which was signed by chairman of HOSTCOM Itsekiri chapter, Engr. Tuoyo Woligho, Secretary - Pa. Otimeyin Tonukarin, Delta State Youth Leader - Comrade Itse Omajugho, Itsekiri Youth Leader - Ajemijeroma Mene Ejegi and Itsekiri Chapter Women Leader - Mrs. Tsaninomi Mary, copied The MD of DESOPADEC, ED, Planning, Research and Statistics of the commission, the commissioner representing Itsekiri ethnic Nationality in the commission as well as the Area Command of Nigerian Police Force, Warri and the Manager of Warri Club.
They stressed that no property belonging to HOSTCOM Itsekiri Chapter such as the buses, chairs, tables, generator and public address system should be used for the planned ceremony slated for Warri Club.
