Be the change agents, new JCI President charges members
Investiture of 2019 JCI Warri President by past Presidents of JCI


Newly invested President of Junior Chamber International, JCI Warri, Miss Sandra Ekene Efemuaye has charged members of JCI to be the change agent and act as one, saying her plans for 2019 includes creating environment that will inspire people.

 

The 2019 JCI Warri President who gave the charge shortly after her investiture, disclosed that her leadership will collaborate with JCI P.T.I., to assist the “disabled ones”, embark on charity project, road safety awareness campaign, community development as well as human capital development projects.

 

The 2019 Major Emphasis Theme, MET, Director of Junior Chamber International, Mr. Tella Lanre stressed that as citizens “we (JCI members) must know our roles” in the community, hence the need for JCI members to see themselves as problem solvers.

 

According to him, when others are complaining, JCI members should analyze the situation with a viewing to solving problems instead of joining them in lamentation.

 

The immediate past JCI Warri President, Amb. Kingsley Okpako in a remark noted that despite the challenges, his leadership was able to move JCI Warri forward.

 

Highpoint of the investiture was the inauguration of the 2019 board by the President, Sandra Efemuaya.

Of Project and Mirade Oputu- Dir. Of Growth and Retention.
