Ereyitomi, Opuoru, Uroye assured of victory at Igbudu, GRA Wards

Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Candidate for Warri Federal Constituency, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, Warri South Constituency 2 Candidate, Mr. Matthew Poko Opuoru and Warri South Constituency 1 Candidate, Dr. Augustine Uroye have received assurance of “victory at the polls” in Igbudu and GRA Wards in Warri South Local Government Area.

The assurance was given by the PDP Igbudu Ward Chairman, Mr. Dede Emmanuel and the Ward Campaign Committee Chairman, Mr. Stanley Agboza, Our Senior Correspondent reports.

Chairman of PDP Campaign Committee for Warri South, Chief Joseph Otumara, said Warri South PDP Constituency 2 House of Assembly Candidate, Matthew Poko Opuoru will use “his American experience to legislate in the Assembly to attract development to the area, while Warri Federal Constituency House of Representatives Candidate, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi will use his experience and philanthropic heartedness to touch more lives for prosperity and Warri South Constituency 1 House of Assembly Candidate, Dr. Augustine Uroye will use his experience in government to attract all-round development to the constituency”.

He charged the electorates “not to listen to anyone who is coming from the window to contest”, saying, "any person coming through the window is a thief, while that person that comes through the door is a good person".

Wilson Omor, immediate past Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema, Chief Roland Oritsejafor, Chief Emmanuel Okumagba, Delta State Commissioner for Transport, Mr. Vincent Uduaghan and Chief Israel Abido were among PDP chieftains present at the campaign.
