All is now set for the coronation of the new Etsu- Nupe of Warri, HRH. Alhaji Zuberu Mohammed Tajudeen as well as the launching of Nupe Consultative Forum, Fresh Angle has gathered.
According to a statement made available to Fresh Angle by Secretary of NUPE Consultative Forum, Warri, there shall be a special Jumat Service on Friday July 5 at the popular Hausa Quarters Central Mosque in Warri by 2pm.
The statement adds that a novelty football match will be held Saturday July 6 by 4pm at College of Commerce field in Warri as part of the event, while Sunday July 7 will be the colourful coronation of the new Etsu-Nupe of Warri at Mosque Road, Nupe Street by Hausa Quarters, Warri.
The statement enjoins all sons and daughters of Nupe in Warri, the political class in Delta State, traditional rulers in the state as well as representatives of other ethnic nationalities to make plans towards attending the weeklong event which promises to be colourful.
