Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has revealedplans by his administration to send winners of the first national edition ofChannels kids’ cup, Ogedegbe Primary School Football team on a training tourabroad.
Dr. Uduaghan who dropped the hint in Warri Monday June 24while inspecting some projects being constructed by the state government inWarri disclosed that his administration will give out stipends to parents ofevery member of the school team.
While advising members of the Warri based primary schoolteam to take their education seriously, the governor promised to construct afootball pitch that will afford both Ogedegbe Primary School and Dore NumaCollege both in Warri the opportunity of developing football talents.
