Tragedystruck in Warri, Delta State Monday October 24 when a family of four lost theirlives as a result of fume from a generating set.
Fresh Angle gathered that the tragedy occurs atMene Street in Okumagba layout.
Our Correspondent reports that the incident wasallegedly caused by a neighbour’s generator which was positioned directly tothe window of the victims.
Theunfortunate incident was noticed the following morning when the victims’neighbours forced their way into the one room apartment on noticing the usualsilence from the apartment.
Eyewitnessessay when the angry neighbors confronted the generator owners to let them knowthe tragedy they have caused, they were surprised to see that they were stillasleep.
The angryneighbours reportedly destroyed the generator which Fresh Angle gathered hadinitially caused heat argument between the owner and the victim.
Asat the time of filing this report, the Police at ‘B’ division in Warri was saidto be investigating the incident.
