All Progressives Congress Candidate for Warri South 1 in the just concluded Governorship and House of Assembly Polls, Prince Stanley Emiko Constituency says he went to church to thank God for protecting him and his supporters throughout the campaign period and during the election.

Our Senior Correspondent reports that Prince Emiko gave the explanation Sunday March 17 when he led some of his supporters and APC chieftains to Warri District Headquarters of FourSquare Gospel Church, Ekurede-Itsekiri, Warri, for a special thanksgiving service.

While appreciating those that encouraged him financially, with prayers and other forms of support, Prince Emiko revealed how God delivered his campaign team from accident twice in Warri during his campaign.

The APC Warri South Constituency 1 Candidate, said he was inspired by the Biblical Scripture of Philippians 1:6, saying it keeps him rekindled.

Prince Emiko stressed that consultations are ongoing with a view to approaching the election petition tribunal to reclaim “my mandate, because the Lord is with me and Warri Must Smile Again".

The District Overseer/Senior Pastor FourSquare Gospel Church, Ekurede-Itsekiri, Warri, Rev. Sam Aboyeji in a sermon titled Access to Kingdom Multiplication spoke extensively on "Grace," noting that it takes God’s grace to overcome certain things.

Rev. Aboyeji and Rev. Gbiaye told Prince Emiko and his campaign team that they won spiritually by overcoming the battle during the election, just as they admonished the APC Candidate to remain focused and steadfast by continually trusting God “to do that which no man can do for him in his political career”.
