A young father of one year old boy, by the name Kosini Felix, yesterday evening (Friday May 31) at about 5pm, reportedly drowned in Ughoton River, Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State and died immediately rescuers brought his body from the river, with a view to saving him.
As at the time of this report, the circumstances that led to his shocking demise was unknown, but sources explained to Your Soaring International Tabloid that Felix told one of his friends, Chibuzor, that they should go and swim at the river together, but his friend declined.
Some residence of Ughoton Community, told Our Roving Correspondent that the community leaders had warned people to stay away from the river as a result of intended sacrifice.
Until his death, Kosini Felix lived with another of his friend by name Toju at Ughoton.
He reportedly drowned 30 minutes after he left his friend, Chibuzor to swim
