The National Executive Council, NEC and entire membership of National Association of Itsekiri Graduates, NAIG, worldwide, have described the appointment of the new Group General Manager, GGM, Corporate Planning and Strategy, CP & S of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Mrs. Oritsemeyiwa Amanoritsewo Eyesan as reward for commitment to service.
The Itsekiri apex graduates’ body in a statement released Monday July 8 by its National President, Comrade Collins Edema, noted, “the appointment, no doubt underscores her commitment to service and dedication to duty”.
The statement emphasised, “the NEC pray that Mrs. Oritsemeyiwa Amanoritsewo Eyesan uses her position not only to continue to service the Nation well, but also bring positive change to the lives of the average graduates”.
Fresh Angle International can report that the elevation of Mrs. Eyesan to the position of GGM, Corporate Planning and Strategy, CP & S by the NNPC, is coming on the heels of continuous agitation by back-up staff of NNPC, who are indigenes of host communities in Warri, calling for their conversion as staff of the corporation in the ongoing recruitment exercise.
