The Pastor, Acceptable Christian Church, Pastor David Amanoritsewo says it is unscriptural to ordain a woman as pastor or priest in the house of God, saying “they are not qualified to the do so”.
Pastor Amanoritsewo stated this at the 13th Annual Youth Fellowship Assembly which was held in the church premises in Warri, Delta State.
He said the act of ordaining women as Pastors or Priests, husbands not loving their wives, lying in God’s name, using Satan’s power in the church for healing , delaying or denying employees their wages by employers, whether in private or public institutions, bribery, corruption among others are flagrant disobedience to God’s commandments.
The man of God said, the misfortunes of man, including death was as a result of disobedience to the commandment of God.
On his part, the Chairman of the Youth Fellowship, Brother Edwin Koloh charged youths to be upright and follow the way of God, adding that, it would be well with them.
The programme which featured Bible quiz competition, Bible recitation, symposium on social vices, musical entertainment, among others was described as one of the best in recent times.
