Former Ministers of Information John Odeh, Labaran Maku, Uche Elais and Louis Odion, who were co-discussants on the topic, advised government to train youths on the new media because they had made democracy strive, however, they warned that the youths must be managed because most of them lack professional training.

They argued that the greatest challenge of government will be suppressing information, because if the information is allowed to reach the hands of untrained persons it might be blown out of proportion and will cost government a lot to repair the damage.
