Oritsejafor to ordained Pastors, Gideonites, others: Live right with God

The Presiding Pastor of Word of Life Bible Church, Warri, Pastor Ayodele Joseph Oritsejafor has admonished the Pastors, Assistant Pastors, Gideonites, Deacons, Deaconesses and Elders of Word of Life Bible Church to live right with God and have encounter with Christ in order to be transformed, just as he urged those still involved in consumption of alcohol, hard drugs and other ungodly act to desist forthwith.

Fresh Angle International can report that the ordination which was the first since Word of Life Bible Church was founded over 30 years ago, held Saturday April 21 at the church in Warri, Delta State.

While commending his wife, Mrs. Helen Oritsejafor for her contributions toward the growth of the ministry, Pastor Oritsejafor told the ordained that they have entered the "must-do-ministry ".

Mrs. Helen Oritsejafor on her part, enjoined the ordained to work for the advancement of the church, saying the ordination is a call for service to God and humanity.

Former Transition Committee Chairman of Warri South Local Government, Dr. Augustine Uroye who spoke to Our Senior Correspondent in an exclusive chat shortly after the ordination, thanked Pastor Oritsejafor for the honour, promising to protect and project God's work and the church.

Dr. Uroye who is eyeing the Warri South Constituency 1 seat in Delta State House of Assembly come 2019, averred that his ordination as a Gideonite will propel him to stand firm like Gideon in the Bible, in defence of the church.

Our Senior Correspondent reports that Delta State Commissioner for Transport, Mr. Vincent Uduaghan, three-time chairman of Warri South Local Government, Chief Joseph Sisanmi Otumara and Chevron's General Manager, PGPA, Mr. Esimaje Brikinn were among those ordained as Gideonites, while wife of Chief Ayirimi Emami, the Traditional Prime Minister of Warri Kingdom, Mrs. Asba Emami was among those ordained as Deaconesses.
