Ex two-time chairman of Warri South Local Government and former aspirant to Warri South Constituency 1 Seat in Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema says he "did not lose, but won" in the recently concluded PDP House of Assembly Primary" because nobody died and there was no gunshot in-spite of the tension".

Hon. Edema who polled 24 votes against all odds to emerge second in the PDP Warri South Constituency 1 Primary held at Warri City Stadium, made the declaration Sunday October 21 at Redeemed Christian Church of God, Shekinnah Mega Parish, Edjeba, off NPA Expressway, Warri, Delta State.

He thanked his wife , Mrs. Joy Edema, members of his campaign council , his press crew, delegates and others who supported his aspiration.

Provincial Pastor of RCCG, Shekinnah Mega Parish, Pastor Ezekiel Olukhunsi assured Hon. Edema that "God has seen a bigger appointment on your way", adding," you have won the battle spiritually and it will manifest physically soon".

Earlier in a message entitled," Getting Out of Your Mess", Deacon Jude Oricha asserted that if God does not speak about a situation, nothing will happen".
