A group poised to work towards the actualization of Hon. Daniel Reyenieju’s fourth term ambition as the member representing Warri Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Reyenieju Support Group, RSG has revealed that the decision not to unveil the political platform of Hon. Daniel Reyenieju for now ahead of the 2019 polls, is “for political strategy”, mentioning the dredging of Warri Port ( Escravos Bar) Nigerian Maritime University, Warri South-West Local Government Area and execution of the age-long Koko-Ogheye Road project, as some of the achievements of the lawmaker.

Addressing an enlarged press briefing Sunday November 18 in Warri, Delta State, Director-General of Reyenieju Support Group, RSG, Prince Oyemi Ejoh, noted, “the emergence of the group is necessited to midwife the political and democratic processes towards guranteeing his (Hon. Reyenieju) electoral victory at the 2019 general elections”.

While acknowledging that the outcome of october 3, PDP House of Representatives primary for Warri Federal Constituency came to them with mixed feelings, Oyemi Ejoh posited, “we have remained undeterred on our commitment to ensuring that Hon. Daniel Reyenieju continues his representation”.

Counsel-General of RSG, Jemide Atie, Esq, who opined that Hon. Daniel Reyenieju has taken the pains of Warri Federal Constituency to National limelight, apart from “his role” in the Warri Port dredging, Koko-Ogheye Road Project and Maritime University, stated that the three-term lawmaker has impacted a lot on his constituents and the Electorial Act allows him to contest under another political party platform aside PDP which he originally belongs.

While Director of Publicity & Campaign of the group, Mr. James Ikponmwonsa quipped that it was not the decision of Hon. Daniel Reyenieju to re-contest for the Warri Federal Constituency Seat in 2019 on another political party platform, the group’s Director of Strategy & Planning, Prince Emmanuel Anderson Ogan, averred that Hon. Reyenieju sponsored 18 bills at the House of Representatives in the last three terms and five became Act of parliament, aside 18 motions raised by the Warri born lawmaker.
