They also make special dishes along the main course, which are prepared using fresh butter, milk and few authentic dishes also include spices, curry and coconut milk to add to the flavours. Though there may be diversity amongst the cuisines that are offered, there are very common tastes too in a few of the dishes. These dishes are the staple diet and are consumed in large quantities by the local residents, though they may have a lot to offer to the tourists.
