Delta State government under the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori administration, has provided Computed Tomography, CT Scans and Dialysis Machines at Central Hospital, Warri and Oghara Teaching Hospital for the well-being of Deltans.
Our Managing Editor/Co-Publisher, reports that this much was disclosed at Asaba, Tuesday May 20, by the Special Assistant/Technical Adviser to Delta State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Omovigho Agbele, during a workshop organized for publishers of Community Newspapers, by Office of the SSA on Community Newspaper to Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
According to Dr. Agbele, Governor Oborevwori’s administration, has also constructed 40 health centers across the state, with five undergoing different stages of construction.
He stated that the state government, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Health, have launched ambulance services for pregnant women and accident victims on emergency in public hospitals.
