As part of its long-term strategic ‘Bonny-Dubai Vision’ of making Bonny a global tourist haven by the year 2040, the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas, NLNG, today, Tuesday February 16, commenced a two-week tourism training for selected youths from Bonny Kingdom in Rivers State.
Fresh Angle International understands the two-week training is being organized by a recognized tourism brand and sponsored by NLNG.
NLNG, which disclosed in a terse statement via its twitter handle this morning, that it was finalizing the Bonny Tourism Master-Plan, noted: “The training of Bonny youths is the first step on the journey to realize the latent tourism potential of Bonny Kingdom, based on the Island’s unique history, culture and traditions.”
