A group of persons under the auspices of Concerned Indigenes of OML 150 Communities, have called on the Management of CONOIL Nigeria Plc, to stop dealing with the Comrade Monday Agbeyi leadership and Mr. Charles Omadeli, whose tenure purportedly elapsed December 21, 2020.

Chairman of the Concerned Indigenes of OML 150 Communities, Mr. Otomewo Omereyemi, made the call Tuesday May 25, shortly after they presented their protest letter to the Regent of Warri Kingdom, Prince Emmanuel Okotie-Eboh, at Olu Palace, Warri in Delta State.

The Concerned Indigenes in a statement made available to Fresh Angle International, yesterday, noted: "The tenure of Charles Omadeli leadership expired, since 21st December, 2020 and therefore can no longer enter into any dealings with the company (CONOIL Nigeria Plc) on behalf of the host communities”.

They also faulted the authority of Comrade Monday Agbeyi led executive, saying, “the zoning principle as enshrined in Article 11 of the Constitution of the Forum, bars Ifiekporo Community from producing the Forum’s Chairman at the expiration of Mr. Charles Omadeli’s tenure, because Ifiekporo Community have completed their turn for chairmanship with Mr. Omadeli”.

The Concerned Indigenes, declared that any company, institution or individual dealing with either Comrade Agbeyi or Mr. Omadeli, would be doing so at their own peril.
