Omimi Pledges improved Service Delivery after re-Inauguration As Political Adviser

The re-inaugurated Political Adviser to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Hon. Omimi Esquire, has pledged to redouble his efforts toward the actualization of Dr. Okowa’s vision for a Stronger Delta.

Hon. Omimi, reportedly made the pledge yesterday, Monday June 7, during an interaction with journalists, immediately after taking the relevant Oath of Office at the Unity Hall in Government House, Asaba, Delta State capital.

The Governor’s Political Adviser, urged Deltans to sustain their support for Dr. Okowa in his resolve of, “leaving fruitful and lasting legacies in tandem with his finishing strong mantra”.

He stated: “Today, l can confidently tell you, incontrovertibly, that His Excellency, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, is not only proactive, but is also an astute administrator of men and resources. I am happy to be part of his team and hereby appeal for more support for our amiable Governor in his task of leaving lasting legacies to Deltans”.

Hon. Omimi, promised to do his best, “to build on the bridges of peace and development that is the hallmark of the people of Delta State, so that at the end of the day, the value will be added to the Governor’s developmental initiatives”.

On his reappointment as Political Adviser, Omimi attributed it to the intake of leaders across the board in his area and sued for more cooperation across board.

In a related development, staffers of the Office of the Political Adviser, congratulated Hon. Omimi on his reappointment, describing him as “a humble and sure-footed personality, who was always accessible to his staff at all times”.

According to them, Hon. Omimi’s reappointment, “is a demonstration of the Governor’s confidence in his ability and loyalty to the administration”.
