Over a thousand and sixty-eight (1,068) eligible staff of the Delta State Unified Local Government Service, are to undergo promotion interview this July, following invite sent to the affected staff, Fresh Angle International can report.
This much was disclosed by the Public Relations Officer of Delta State Local Government Service Commission, Asaba, Eva Mallam-Obi, in an electronic statement sent to This Newspaper today, Thursday July 1.
The statement, explained that the invite for the interview, was signed by the Deputy Director of Administration, Dr. Julius Oteme, on behalf of the Chairman of Delta State Local Government Commission, Hon. Joseph Otirhue.
The promotion interview, scheduled to hold for ten days at the premises of the Local Government Service Commission, falls between July 6 and 27.
The Commission, enjoined Heads of Personnel Management and Establishment Officers in the 25 local government councils of Delta State, “to inform affected officers to come on dates scheduled for them as they will not be attended to, if they do otherwise”.
The Officers, have been directed to come with original/photocopies of their relevant credentials and adhere strictly to the COVID-19 protocols.
