Very skeletal piece of information filtered into Fresh Angle International this morning, Tuesday November 9, that two children of same parents have been killed by a mysterious fire that affected a particularly apartment at 3 Battalion, Army Barracks,, Effurun near Warri in Delta State.
Though our source could not ascertain exactly when the fire struck between last night and this morning, the source however stated that three children were at the apartment when the incident happened, but one of the children managed to escape.
The source could also not confirm if the fire affected other apartments at the barrack and the extent of damage caused as it affects physical infrastructure.
