OML-150 Fields: You are not the Trust Chairman of Uwakeno Community, Pa. Akiuyatsemi tackles Orugboh

In an apparent response to our report dated Monday February 7, 2022, wherein the "Trust Chairmen" of Aja-Osolo, Omadino, Uwakeno, Ewekwara and Eworitsemogha/Jaluwa Communities, Messrs; Austin Ukutegbe, Edward Omagbemi, Fidelis Ete Orugboh, Benson Omagbemi and Austin Dottie, respectively, said they reject the letter written by Chief Clement A Maleghemi (Director of Palace Administration) dated 21 January 2022, giving power and authority to the Monday Agbeyi led Forum, as such, “the purported inauguration is regarded as null and void”, the Olare-Aja of Uwakeno Community, Pa. David Akiuyatsemi, has hit hard on Fidelis Ete Orugboh, saying he is not the Trust Chairman of Uwakeno Community.

In a document made available to Fresh Angle International, Thursday February 17, Pa. David Akiuyatsemi, stated that the present Trust Chairman of Uwakeno Community is Emmanuel Afortan, adding: “Fidelis Orugboh, should not forget so soon that this same highly exalted Palace of the Olu of Warri, that he is fighting today, brought him to power on the 22nd of December 2016, whose tenure expired 22nd of December 2020, according to the letter of recommendation from the Palace of the Olu of Warri to Con Oil Nigeria”.

The response of Pa. Akiuyatsemi, which is fallout of a general meeting of the Council of Elders of Uwakeno Community purportedly held Wednesday February 16, noted: “The Council of Elders of Uwakano Community, disclaim in entirety, the publication of Fidelis Orugboh.

“The Council of Elders of Uwakeno Community, have great respect for our highly exalted throne of the Olu of Warri.

“Fidelis Orugboh, is only writing just to certify his greedy ambition. Not for the interest of Uwakeno Community.

“The matter of Fidelis Orugboh, had been settled when we filed a motion of withdraw on Monday Agbeyi led Excos in Suit No W/54/2021 through his Lawyer.

“Fidelis Orugboh is a sit-tight leader, who had been in Con Oil for twelve years now.

“Any person grouping or regrouping with Fidelis Orugboh, is doing that in Illegality”.
