Ce Triple F Global Services Limited, had dragged the Kogi State House of Assembly before the State High Court in Lokoja, praying the court to compel the State Assembly to pay N15,780, 920 contract debt to it.

The State Assembly in October 2016, was said to have contacted a private firm, Britcool Nig. Ltd. to supply 43  LG TVs, Central Stabilizers, 185ltr Thermocool Fridge, 195Ltr Thermocool Fridge and 36000 BTU Royal Floor Air Conditioner to the tone of 15.7m via Ce Triple F Global Service Limited.
