The Kaduna State Government, has unveiled 24 young persons from 14 states across Nigeria for the fifth cohort of the Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship.
Fresh Angle International understands that the State Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, who unveiled 24 young persons, explained that they will resume in August 2022.
Eight of the 24 fellows of the fifth cohort of the Kaduna State Government Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship, are from Kaduna State and there is an equal number of males and females. The newly selected fellows joined the unveiling event online.
Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, established the Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship as a platform for building youth leadership capacity.
The first set of 16 fellows resumed in 2018. The number of fellows selected increased to 24 with the fourth cohort in 2021.
