The fresh COVID-19 spike being recorded in Nigeria in the last two weeks, continued overnight with 332 infections reported in the last 24hours by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
Fresh Angle International had reported 138 and 247 confirmed cases of COVID-19 on June 21 and 25, respectively, as published by NCDC on its verified twitter handle.
Lagos State recorded 251 infections and Rivers State, reported 50 cases, out of the 332 fresh COVID-19 cases published few minutes ago.
While the FCT recorded 21 cases, Kano, Delta and Oyo States, reported 7, 2 and 1 infections, respectively.
This Newspaper can report that Nigeria now has 257,290 confirmed cases, 250,229 discharged and 3,144 deaths of COVID-19.
